MailChimp is a newsletter system which The Pedigree Group uses to send regular newsletters, updates and sales bulletins to clients and registered clients about The Pedigree Group and entities of The Pedigree Group, new innovations, important information and general information about new products / services. The personal information stored on this system includes first and last name and email address only. The data collected shows how you have interacted with the newsletters and information bulletins including if you have opened the newsletters and information bulletins and if you have clicked on a single link or various links.
MailChimp is monitored by various governing bodies and covers the sending of SPAM emails, unsolicited emails and is compliant to the European GDPR.
If you are receiving MailChimp newsletters and information bulletins from The Pedigree Group, you have either opted in to receive the newsletters and information bulletins, you have elected verbally to be included in the list to receive the newsletters and information bulletins or we have conducted an installation for you and have added your information to our database to keep you up to date with changes, equipment software and firmware updates.
You can control whether you wish to continue receiving the newsletters and information bulletins from The Pedigree Group by simply clicking the “Unsubscribe me from this list” link at the foot of the newsletters or information bulletins at any time. TOC is the secure invoicing (Faturação) programme used by The Pedigree Group for accounting purposes. The information stored in this programme is your first and last name, address, email address and fiscal number only.
As with all invoicing programmes, this information has to remain and is subject to evaluation and scrutiny by the Portuguese Finanças.
