THE JAMES BOND BASEMENT CONVERSION
ProjectionDreams was contacted by a client with a new build property near Albufeira wanting to install a home cinema and to convert his basement / very large garage into a multi-purpose space.
The space was huge but a clean canvass so involving our sister company, The Pedigree Group, we went to work designing the area to have a home cinema, gymnasium, walk-in wardrobe, toilet / wet room, kitchenette, TV area, space for a pool table, 2-bedrooms and a wine cellar - all coming off a central atrium through the entire house into the basement.
The results are stunning - the images speak for themself!

Starting with a blank canvass that was a large basement garage, the brief was to divide the area into storage rooms, a fully equipped Technogym basement, wine cellar, a multi-purpose entertainment space with a "cine-lounge" and pool table area and a "snug" while leaving sufficient space for the client's jet skis. We even designed and added a large sofa in his front room.
And that is what we gave him...

The brief was to renovate a dark, damp, closed and unused basement room into a multi-purpose entertainment space with a "cine-lounge", a small gymnasium, an office and a wine cellar.
When we open the wall, we were shocked at what we found but we love a challenge... and a challenge it was with amazing results.

The brief: to add a down stand to all rooms, air-conditioning, LED mood lighting inside and outside, install hidden audio throughout the inside of the house, incorporate sound around the pool, install a new state-of-the-art Wi-Fi network and add a jacuzzi.
