Level the area, dig and install a pond with U/V and partical filter circulation system to cascade down a stone waterfall, to be deep enough for Koi Karp and to grass the surrounding area with a new walkway.

Remove the existing natural grass and replace with good quality artificial grass including levelling the ground, caping the irrigation and removing some trees and shrubs.
