Pedigree Renovations was contacted by a client in Tunes to arrange the renovation of the outside of a three-bedroom property.

The property was tired with falking paint, cracks and was in deperate need of attention.

The renovation included the powerwashing of the painted areas of the house, the boundary walls and the pool area and to make good and re-render the walls, repaint the entire property and to fit a ceramic tile design into the front wall.

The client chose a light peach colour for the main walls and terracotta colour to highlight the windows.

The client wanted to decorate the chimneys so this was achieved to compliment the property colours.
